These terms cover how you use trusted-voice.com and anything you buy from us. Please read them before signing up or buying. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are
The site and the Trusted Voice Method are run by ZaVi Studio Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales, trading as The Trusted Voice Method. You can contact us at kate@trusted-voice.com.
What we offer
- A free Tone of Voice Builder, delivered by email.
- The plugin (the self-guided Trusted Voice Method) as a digital product.
- Guided and one-to-one options that add sessions and support with Kate.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on the site. Founding and launch prices are time-limited and available while stated. We may change prices for future customers, but the price you paid at checkout is the price for your order.
Orders and payment
Payments for the plugin are handled by Gumroad, and payments for services may be handled by Stripe or by invoice. A contract forms once we confirm your order or payment. If something goes wrong with an order, email us and we'll sort it out.
Delivery
The plugin and any digital files are delivered electronically, usually straight after purchase, to the email you provide. Guided and one-to-one sessions are booked and delivered at times agreed between us.
What you'll need
The plugin runs inside Claude and requires your own paid Claude plan to use. It also works alongside tools such as Canva and Notion, or your own alternatives. These are third-party services with their own terms and pricing, which are your responsibility.
Cancellations and refunds
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days to change your mind. Two things to know:
- Digital products (the plugin): because it's delivered to you immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery starts right away and that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once you've been given access. If you haven't accessed or downloaded it, contact us and we'll refund you.
- Services (guided and one-to-one): you can cancel before we begin the work. If some sessions have already taken place, we'll refund the fair value of what's left. If you need to move a booked session, just give us reasonable notice.
If anything you buy is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under UK consumer law. Email kate@trusted-voice.com and we'll make it right.
How you may use it
What you buy is licensed to you for your own use. Please don't resell, share, copy or repackage the plugin, the method, or its materials. The Trusted Voice Method, the Trusted Voice Triangle, the content, designs and templates remain the intellectual property of ZaVi Studio Ltd. Anything you create for your own brand using the method is, of course, yours.
Results
The method gives you a clear, repeatable way to show up in your own voice. It doesn't promise specific outcomes such as a set number of followers, leads or sales, because those depend on your work, your field and your consistency. We're confident in the method; we can't guarantee results.
Our responsibility to you
We take real care with what we make. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect or knock-on losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you bought. We'll change the date at the top when we make updates.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
